Mr. Jianhua Wu, Chairman & CEO, Director

Jianhua Wu has been our Chief Executive Officer, chairman and a director since the completion of the reverse acquisition in November 2007.  Mr. Wu founded our predecessor companies, Wuxi Huayang Dyeing Machinery Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Huayang Electrical Power Equipment Co., Ltd., in 1995 and 2004, respectively, and was executive director and general manager of these companies prior to becoming our chief executive officer. Mr. Wu was nominated as a director because of his position as our chief executive officer. Mr. Wu is a certified mechanical engineer.

Ms. Wanfen Xu, CFO

Wanfen Xu has been our Chief Financial Officer since March 1, 2016. Ms. Xu previously served as our chief financial officer from March 14, 2012 through December 12, 2012. From December 2012 until February 2016, Ms. Xu served as the financial controller of the Huayang Companies. Ms. Xu also served as the financial controller of Hauyang Companies from 2009 to 2011.

Mr. Parkson Yip, VP of Strategic Business Development

Parkson Yip has been our Vice President of Strategic Business Development since April 1, 2018. Mr. Yip had been serving as the Chief Operating Officer of SEII (formerly known as Cleantech Solutions International, Inc.) from June 2017 to March 2018. He is a seasoned executive with over twenty (20) years of industry experience. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Yip served as Co-Chairman and Executive Director of Share Economy Group from November 2016 to April 2017 where he managed business development and merger and acquisition (“M&A”) activities of the company. Prior to Share Economy Group, Mr. Yip served as Managing Director of ECrent Worldwide Company Limited from December 2014 to November 2016 where he managed online platform developments, business developments and M&A activities. From December 2005 to January 2014, Mr. Yip served as Managing Director of 88DB Hong Kong Limited where he managed worldwide operations of the company’s online platforms, including product development, strategic partnership and marketing strategies. Mr. Yip also served as Chief Technology Officer of Guangzhou Ruixin Technology from December 2002 to November 2005. Prior to becoming a corporate executive, Mr. Yip worked as a software engineer at GeoTel Communications Corporation and Lotus Development. He has also served as a director of ECrent (America) Company Limited since August 2016. Mr. Yip holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University.

Mr. Chung-Kai Sin, SBS, JP, CEO

Mr. Chung-Kai Sin is a member of Election Committee of HKSAR, Information Technology sub-sector. Chung-Kai is a member of the Financial Reporting Council.

Chung-Kai Sin has a long public service record. He served as an elected representative at all three tiers of the Government. Mr. Chung-Kai Sin was an elected Legislative Councillor (HK Island) of Hong Kong serving a term of 4 years from Oct 2012 to Sep 2016. Mr. Chung-Kai served as a Member of Legislative Council from 1995 – 1997 representing New Territories South. From 1998 to 2008, Chung Kai served as Legislative Councillor representing the Information Technology Sector for 10 years.

Besides Legislative Council, Chung-Kai was a member of Regional Council (abolished by the HKSAR Government in 1999) from 1988 to 1994 and the Kwai Tsing District Council from 1985 to 2003.

Outside of the legislature, Chung-Kai was the chairman of the Remuneration Committee and board member of the West Kowloon District Cultural Authority from 2008 to 2014, and a board member of Hong Kong Tourism Board from 2009 to 2014. He also served as a member of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) Operations Review Committee and the Witness Protection Review Board Panel from 2007 to 2012, a member of the Council for Sustainable Development from 2009 to 2013, and Greater Pearl River Delta Business Council from 2009 to 2013. Chung-Kai also served as a member of the Housing Authority from 2001 to 2009 and a board of director Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited from 1999 – 2009. Chung-Kai is a member of the Court of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and was the Council member of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2001 – 2007.

Chung-Kai Sin also sat on the HKSAR Government’s Digital 21 Strategy Advisory Committee which is the mastermind of the HKSAR government blueprint for ICT policies from 1999 to 2008. He served as a member of ‘Anti-Spamming Task Force’, ‘Task Force on Digital Inclusion’ and ‘Working Group on Textbooks and E-learning Resources Development’ of the HKSAR Government.

In recognition of Chung-Kai Sin’s distinguished public and community service, particularly for his contribution to the development of information technology and promotion of wider IT adoption in the business sector and the community, the Chief Executive accorded the Silver Bauhinia Star (SBS) to Mr. Chung-Kai Sin in July 2007.

Chung-Kai worked in the IT department of HSBC from Jul 1982 to Jun 2011. Born and educated in Hong Kong, Chung-Kai Sin obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1982 and his Master in Business Administration Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1997. Chung-Kai is a life and fellow member of the Hong Kong Computer Society.

Mr. Chung-Kai Sin is married with Yvonne Ying-Yee Chan. Chung-Kai and Yvonne has two sons Clement and Ryan.

Mr. Bryan Au, CEO

Mr Bryan Au has over 30 years of solid experience in sales and marketing in Greater China. Mr Au has been the COO of Pico Media Shanghai, the China arm of HK-listed leading exhibitor Pico Far East Holdings Ltd, responsible for its overall growth in China. Mr Au has also been the General Manager of RoadShow, a HK-listed media companies. He has also worked for the two leading TV stations in HK, namely TVB and ATV. Mr Au was a graduate of the University of Hong Kong and obtained his Master Degree in Finance from Baruch College of City University of New York.

Inspirit Studio

Mr. Kurt Tam, CEO

Having Founded Inspirit Studio Limited since 2015, Mr. Kurt Tam is acting as the Chief Executive Officer to take in charge of venture development. In Nov 2017, Mr. Tam led his venture to complete the strategic merger to CLNT. Awarded 4 special mentions and title in Hong Kong ICT Award 2017, Mr. Tam is identified as a serial entrepreneur across ICT and catering fields who has been directing venture development since 2011. Prior his entrepreneur career, Mr. Tam was a certified Microsoft business solution consultant conducting years of I.T consultancy services.

Mr. Tam obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology in Australia and he is currently a candidate of Executive Master in Business Administration program in The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
